90-degree flat face couplers made to the ISO 16028 Standard

AKJia’s FF90 Series is designed for use in applications that require a 90° elbow in the hydraulic circuit, such as digger booms. The right-angle design allows for easy mounting without the need for additional fittings, reducing potential leakage paths and cost.

Construction

  • Carbon steel with trivalent plating as default
  • Carbon steel with zinc-nickel plating option (1200 hours with no red rust in salt spray tests
  • Fitted with Nitrile seals – NBR (Viton seals – FKM available)

Dimensions

The 90-degree flat quick connector is designed based on the FF series of flat quick connectors to make it easier to install and use in some special scenarios. Currently there are only 1/2 pieces. Other sizes require custom design. The connection part also complies with ISO16028:2023 standards and can be used with FF series quick connectors

Available Seals and Temperature Range

All carbon steel products have Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) seals fitted as standard. All stainless steel products have Fluoro-elastomer Rubber (Viton®) (FKM) seals fitted as standard. Special seal materials are available on request.
