push pull type quick couplings

Push Pull Quick Couplings

Push pull quick coupling is a type of hydraulic coupling designed for ease of use and efficiency, particularly in applications requiring frequent connection and disconnection. The name “push-pull” refers to the operation method: push to connect and pull to disconnect, making it different from traditional methods. The operation is centered on the sleeve mechanism of the female coupler. Usually the female couplers will be fixed on the machine, and the male plug can connect and disconnect to the push pull female coupler by just push to connect and pull to disconnect. It improve the efficiency of operation from the traditional methods of ball-lock mechanism like ISO 7241 A couplers. They are widely used in Agricultural equipments, that help users efficiently change their attachments, especailly the tractor applications.

  1. Push to Connect: Simply push the male coupler into the female coupler. The sleeve automatically slides back and locks the connection securely.
  2. Pull to Disconnect: Pull back the sleeve on the female coupler to release the male coupler, allowing for quick disconnection.
